What We Do

We help organizations turn deals into realized value.

Most M&A integration plans account for org charts, systems, reporting lines, and synergy targets. What they often miss is the factor that determines whether the integration succeeds: whether people understand the change, believe in it, and can operate effectively in the new environment.

That is where we work. We embed inside the organization to drive real adoption at both the leadership and individual level, helping integrations deliver the value the deal was meant to create.

Our Definition

Integration is not complete when the org chart is final.

Transformation is realized when an organization is operating effectively within its new structure. Leadership is aligned around a shared direction, culture is integrated intentionally, and new behaviours are consistently embedded across the enterprise.

Many organizations complete the structural components of integration while underestimating the execution risk created by low adoption and organizational friction. We design the adoption architecture early and remain engaged through implementation to ensure the transformation delivers sustained operational and financial value.

We design systems where the light stays on — regardless of who is holding the lantern.

How We Work

A rigorous process. A human pace.

Our approach follows the full lifecycle of transformation. We assess the organization as it exists today, design the future operating model and adoption strategy, implement the change alongside your teams, and remain engaged until new behaviours, alignment, and performance are embedded. The outcome is not just a completed integration, but a business operating effectively within its new structure and positioned to realize the full value of the transformation.

01

Discovery

We assess the organization as it exists today, identifying operational friction, adoption risks, cultural misalignment, and the barriers preventing the business from realizing full deal value. This phase is structured as a defined project and priced based on the value and complexity of the transformation opportunity.

02

Design

We design the future operating model, leadership alignment strategy, and adoption architecture required to support integration, performance, and long-term organizational stability. Like Discovery & Diagnose, this phase is delivered as a strategic project aligned to the scope and value of the engagement.

03

Implement

We work alongside leadership and teams to implement the transformation, embedding change management, communication, and behavioural adoption into day-to-day execution. This phase is typically structured as fractional advisory support based on the level of involvement required.

04

Sustain

We remain engaged to reinforce adoption, strengthen accountability, and ensure the transformation continues delivering results as the organization evolves. Ongoing support is structured as fractional advisory involvement tailored to organizational needs.

Impact & Outcomes

What changes when integration works.

Leadership is unified

Integrated teams move with the same intent. Decisions are consistent. The signals reaching your teams are clear, credible, and aligned — and the organization responds accordingly.

Talent is retained

The people who carry the value of the acquired organization stay. They understand the future, believe in the direction, and feel genuinely accounted for in the plan.

Adoption that is real

New processes, new systems, new ways of working are operating because people understand them, and their roles are aligned with the value strategy demands.

The financial case realized

The synergies projected in the deal model are delivered — because the people required to deliver them are aligned, capable, and committed. There is no other path to the ROI.
